Walter is a minor character appearing in Emesis Purple. He is an illegal weapon dealer. He is potentially in a gay relationship with Géi.
Story
In Emesis Purple Chapter 1, he is found illegally selling weapons in the sewers. He is caught by Géi, who visits him with a disguise. When Géi revealed his identity, it turned out the two knew each other. Géi mentions that the pair intended to adopt a child, implying they're in a gay relationship. In spite of this, Géi arrests him anyway.
